What is a JPG to PDF converter?

A JPG to PDF converter places your pictures on the pages of a PDF document. Each image becomes one page, and you can combine many images into a single file. It is a quick way to turn photos of documents, receipts, notes or scanned pages into one tidy PDF that is easy to share and print.

This converter works inside your browser. Your images are never uploaded to a server, so private documents such as IDs, bills and certificates stay on your device.

Why convert images to PDF?

  • One file instead of many: Send a single PDF by email instead of a dozen separate photos.
  • Accepted almost everywhere: Many online forms, job portals and government websites ask for documents in PDF format.
  • Consistent printing: A PDF keeps the same layout and page size on every device and printer.
  • Easy to organize: You decide the page order, so a multi-page document reads in the right sequence.

Page size, orientation and margin

Choose A4 or US Letter for documents you plan to print. With Auto orientation, wide images get a landscape page and tall images get a portrait page, so nothing is cut off. If you want each page to match its picture exactly, choose Fit to image.

A small margin leaves a clean border around the picture, while no margin makes the image fill as much of the page as possible. Images are never stretched, they are scaled to fit and centered on the page.

Tips for a good PDF

Take photos of documents in good light and straight from above. Put the images in the order you want before converting, using the up and down arrows. If the final PDF is too large to email, compress the images first with the Image Compressor, or reduce their dimensions with the Image Resizer.

You can also join several PDF files later using the Merge PDF tool.
